Hi everyone, thanks to all that came and played on Sunday, it went really well. Sorry to everyone who ended up missing out because of illness, but I’m sure there will be another chance to perform soon.

Hi everyone, here is the info about the gig.

The Brave New World

We are on at 8pm for 30 to 40 mins. Beth and I will be aiming to turn up at 7 30ish, please arrive by 7 45 if possible so you have plenty of time to get organised.

Please come and play if you are free, the more of us the better! Even if you missed the rehearsal, or are generally a bit nervous/unsure of how to play the songs etc. It will be a fun no pressure performance to a friendly audience!

You can stand or sit as you wish. Bring your stand and music as normal but we will probably share on stage to save a bit of space.

I think there is on street parking on the Berrylands side of the pub.

Daydream Believer, Country Roads, River Deep Mountain High, Sloop John B, Sweet Caroline, Streets of London, These Boots Were Made For Walking, Sit Down (might drop this depending on the time), Five Hundred Miles

Sad news….

I’m very sad to report that Barbara McCall, one of our members from the early days, has sadly passed away. She was a lovely person, always fun to be around and good company. On behalf of the group I’d like to send our condolences to her family.

Hi everyone, this is what we will be playing on Tuesday –

All I Have to do is dream, Country Roads, Dancing In the Street, Daydream Believer, Diry Old Town, Five Hundred Miles, I Feel Like I’m Fixing To Die, River Deep Mountain High, Sit Down, Sloop John B, Streets Of London, Sweet Caroline, These Boots are Made For Walking, Thorn in my Side, *Top Of the World*

They are mostly fairly straightforward sing-a-long tunes; we will pick the best 8 or 9 for the gig on the 28th.

Please remember if you can’t come to the gig you can still come on Tuesday, it will be pretty much like any other session. Also if you can’t come on Tuesday you are still welcome to play the gig, the more the merrier!
